Directions:  
Saute all the chicken pieces till brown on both sides about 10 min, set aside on a plate.
Prepare the veg, mince the garlic and chop the onion.
Saute the onion for a few min then add the garlic for one min.
Add remaining ingredients including the chicken for 40 min turning the chicken once.
