Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly coat a 3-quart baking dish with cooking spray; set aside. Wrap tortillas in foil. bake for 10 minutes to warm.

Meanwhile, in a covered small saucepan, cook sweet potatoes in a large amount of boiling water for 5 to 6 minutes or just until tender. Drain sweet potatoes; transfer to a small bowl. Stir in chile peppers and green onions. In a medium bowl stir together shredded chicken, black beans, and lime juice.

To assemble burritos, divide sweet potato mixture among tortillas, spooning it just below the center of each tortilla. Top with chicken mixture; sprinkle with cheese. Fold bottom edge of each tortilla up and over filling. Fold in the opposite sides and roll up from the bottom. Place rolled burritos, seam sides down in the prepared baking dish. Coat burritos with cooking spray.

Bake about 30 minutes or until heated through. Serve with Avocado Crema. If desired, garnish with cilantro.
