Directions:  
Saute onions and garlic in vegetable oil in large dutch oven. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking up with a spoon. Add tomatoes, tomato paste and spices. Simmer, covered, over low heat for 2 hours. Add rinsed and drained kidney beans. Cook over low until heated through.
