Directions:  
bake at 350 F
Spray dish with PAM
with butter fry off onions 2 min.
put onions in midsize bowl add crab meat
in a small bowl put the 4 egg whites, Whisk for about 30 seconds
fold egg whites into crabmeat.
put into casserole dish and sprinkle cheese on.
Bake at 359 F for about 25 min. or till brown on top.
