Directions:  
Place mashed potatoes in pie plate. Spray with a bit of oil. Bake in oven 350 for 15 or 20 minutes until brown. Cool. Saute yellow onion until tender. Sprinkle cheese in the crust, top with salmon and sautéed onions. Mix eggs, milk and spices, pour over salmon mixture. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes until knife comes out clean. Sprinkle with green onions. Let stand 5 mins before cutting.
