Directions:  
Saute meat until brown in bottom of stock pot.
Pull out meat and sweat diced onions and garlic in grease until translucent.
Add tomatoes, tomato paste, a tomato paste can of water and stir.
Bring to a boil.
Add all spices and stir, reduce heat to a simmer.
Simmer stirring occasionally for about 90 minutes.
Add brown sugar and bourbon, stir and serve.
