bring eggs to room temp

warm milk in microwave until it is luke warm

mix flour, baking powder, and salt together

beat eggs in an electric mixer until pale
5
turn mixer down to slow and slowly add milk to eggs

slowly add dry ingredients to eggs/milk. Turn mixer up to medium and mix for 2 minutes

let batter sit for minimum 1 hour (you must do this or they won't pop)
8
put in well-greased popover pan
9
put in oven at 450 deg for 15 min
10
turn oven down to 375 deg and bake for 30-35 min
