In a small bowl mix yogurt and oats. In a large bowl mix egg, applesauce, and splenda brown sugar. Stir in flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, and yogurt mixture. Pour into muffin tins

Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown. Immediately remove from tin.
