Put chicken in small crockpot

Pour red hot on top

Cut carrots and celery into 3 inch pcs and onion in quarters and place on top.

Cook on low about 7 hours till tender.

Take out chicken and shred with 2 forks. pour liquid into a bowl and put aside. Return chicken to crock pot. Add a little of the liquid to the chicken to make it moist.

You can serve on bun, over potatoes, on salad or however you would like.
