Directions:  
Peel cooked eggs. Heat oven to 375ยบ. Grease 4 muffin cups with coconut oil.
In large bowl, mix together turkey, and all seasonings. Divide into 4 portions. Press each portion into a flat round about 1/2" thick. Place egg into centre of each, and work meat around it to form a ball. Place in muffin cups. Bskr 25 to 30 minutes. Serve with hot sauce, if desired. Can be eaten hot or cold.
