Directions:  
Process water eggs and eggwhite, 3 TBL melted ghee, honey and vanilla in blender until light and frothy about 30 seconds
Add fours cream of tarter, baking soda, and salt. process for about 1 minute
Stir in blueberries
Heat 1 Tbl of ghee in pan add batter 1/4 cup at a time to pan.
Cook 2 -4 minutes per side until golden brown.
