Chop broccoli and chicken into bite size pieces. Cut onion in half then sliver into half moon shapes.

Heat a cast iron or steal pan on high. Ad 1/2 olive oil and sear chicken on high until browned.

Remove chicken and add 1/2 olive oil, onion, and salt to taste. Atleast 1 tablespoon salt. Reduce to medium, sautee until lightly browned.

In large pyrex baking dish combine 1 tablespoon dry thyme, 1 tablespoon black pepper and all listed ingredients except cheese. Mix well.

Bake mixture at 375 for 1 hour.

Top with cheese. Bake for a further 15 minutes.
