Directions:  
1 - Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain.
2 - While pasta is cooking, saute celery and onions in olive oil until tender.
3 - Add condensed soup to pan with celery and onion.
4 - Add 2 cups of cheddar to the pan and stir until cheese is melted through.
5 - Put cooked macaroni in oven safe bowl and stir in cheese sauce.
6 - Top with remaining cheddar and mozzarella.
7 - Bake in preheated 350° F oven until cheese is melted to your liking.
