Directions:  
In a medium saucepan, using medium heat, cook turkey until it begins to lose its pink color. Add onion and green pepper when turkey is about half done; continue to cook until no longer pink. Add mixed vegetables, noodles, marinara sauce, water, salt and pepper. Reduce heat to low and continue to cook about 20-25 minutes or until vegetables and noodles are tender, adding more water if needed.
