Directions:
Several hours or the night before serving, spray a 2-quart baking dish and a nonstick skillet with vegetable spray. Squeeze sausage from tubing into skillet, cook until slightly pink; add onion and garlic, continuing to cook until sausage is no longer pink. Spoon some of the chilies into the bottom of prepared baking dish, top with a layer or tortillas, part of the sausage, and cheese. Repeat until remaining chilies, tortillas, sausage, and cheese are used. In a small bowl, combine milk, egg substitute, chili powder, cumin, and pepper; beat with a wire whisk until well blended; pour over casserole. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover and refrigerate several hours, overnight, or until ready to cook. To cook: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove cover, place in oven for about 45 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve with salsa.
