Directions:  
Cook chicken in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 3 to 4 minutes or until browned. Add seasoning blend; cook 3 minutes or until vegetables begin to brown. Whisk together water, soy sauce, chile paste, cornstarch, and sugar; add to chicken mixture. Bring to a boil; cook 2 minutes or until thickened. Sprinkle with peanuts.
Cook rice according to package directions. Stir in green onions, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
