Directions:  
srinkle strips of sirloin with garlic powder
in a large skillet over medium heat using olive oil
brown the beef strips
transfer to crock pot
mix bouillon with hot water till dissolved then add cornstarch dissolved
pour over loin meat
stir in onion, peppers, stewed tomatoes soy sauce and sugar
cover cook on high 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours
