Directions:  
Brown ground turkey, season to taste. Add cooked brown rice and tomato paste. Simmer 5 minutes.

Slice 3 pepper in half. Par Boil for 5 minutes, drain. Fill with mixture.

Add stuffed peppers to electric skillet with 1/2 cup water. Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
