Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Stir pancake mix and water until moistened. In a bowl, toss blueberries with flour. Fold into batter.
2.Transfer to a greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Bake until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, 15-18 minutes. Cool Completely in pan on a wire rack.

Beat frosting ingredients together ( Confectioners sugar, maple syrup, and softened butter) until smooth; spread over cooled cake.
