Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Line muffin tins with paper cups.

In large bowl, combine the dry ingredients: Flours, whey protein, baking soda, cinnamon & salt and splenda blend. Stir to combine

In medium bowll, beat together the eggs, yogurt, almond milk, oil, banana and vanilla. Make a well in center of the dry ingredients and stir in the wet mixture, stirring just until moistened (don't over mix). Carefully fold in 1/2 cup of the chocolate chips and walnuts (optional).

Fill muffin cups 2/3 full with batter. Top each muffin with remaining chocolate chips. Bake for 15-18 minutes or toothpick clean. Remove to a wire rack to let cool completely.
