In a medium size lowl mix together flour, salt and baking soda

In a large size bowl beat together butter, brown sugar until you get a creamy light texture. Add water as you continue to beat the mixture. Then add the wet ingredients to the dry, mix well.

Transfer the dough on working surface and roll it down to 1/8” high. Using a 2 1/2” cookie cutter cut 32 cookies, left over dough can be rolled again and again.

Place the cookies on a baking sheet leaving 1/2 inch in between the cookies.

Bake one baking sheet at a time 10 to 12 minutes until the sides are golden. Transfer on a grill until cooled off completely.
