Directions:  
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Toss beef ribs with flour until evenly coated.
Heat Oil in large skillet on medium high heat. Add Ribs and cooked evenly browned, transfer to baking pan.
Heat Italian dressing in same skillet on medium high heat, add vegetables and cook 3 to 5 minutes or until crisp tender.
Stir in Broth and BBQ sauce, bring to boil, pour over ribs and cover baking pan.
Bake 1-1/2 to 2 hours, or until meat is tender and can be easily pulled from the bones.
