Cheesy Spinach Chicken Rotini

1-1/2  cups		rotini
1/2  cup		Cream of Chicken Soup
1/2  cup		Milk
8  ounces		Cheddar Cheese
2  cups		SPinach
1		Red Bell Pepper
12  ounces		Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
1/2  teaspoon		Sea Salt Trader Joe's Sea Salt
1/2  teaspoon		Ground Black Pepper

Boil pasta until al dente, approx. 8 minutes and drain.
Cube Chicken and sautee in olive oil with salt and pepper for 5 minutes.
Dice red bell pepper and rough cut spinach. Add to chicken and sautee until chicken is cooked through.
Combine Cream of Chicken soup with milk and bring to a light boil. Slowly add cheddar cheese until melted.
Combine chicken, vegetables and cheese sauce with pasta. Top with seasoned bread crumbs and bake until bubbly.
