Mix eggs, milk and vanilla and set aside.

In a separate bowl, combine coconut flour, splenda, baking soda and salt.

Slowly mix wet mixture into dry mixture.

Heat griddle to medium low hear.

Add a tsp of butter then add 1/4 of the batter, shaking the pan slightly to spread out the batter.

Cook a few minutes then flip. Remove once both sides are cooked.

Spread remaining butter on the cooked pancakes.
