Directions:  
Step #1: In a small saucepan, over low heat, heat the MCT Oil. Add in the cocoa powder, cinnamon, and stevia. Whisk until smooth. Remove from heat and add vanilla extract. (This is a standard recipe for all chocolate in fat bombs).

Step #2: In a different bowl, mash avocado. Combine the chocolate with the mashed avocado and stir them together. Then add in the vanilla, cinnamon, and stevia.

Step #3: When this is combined and free of clumps, place in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. When cooled and hardened, scoop it into 10-12 balls and roll them until they are smooth.

Step #4: Roll each ball in cocoa powder and serve.

Step #5: Place any leftover truffles in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
