Directions:  
1.preheat oven at 350
2clean and slice veggies
3. mix Ricotta and marinara sauce and garlic
4. layer veggies, then spoon Ricotta mixture; repeat. salt and pepper to taste
5. cover with tin foil and bake 45 (cook time and heat depends on gas or electric)
