Biceps Curl with Tubing

Primary Muscles Trained:  Biceps
Stand with your feet shoulder width apart and slightly bend your knees.

Step onto the middle of the tubing with the back of your foot or with both feet.

With your arms hanging down at your sides, grasp the handles with an underhand grip (palms facing forward). Keep your elbows close to your sides.

Flex at the elbows and curl the handles up to the approximately your shoulder level. Keep your elbows close to your sides throughout the movement.

Lower your hands back to the starting position.

Remember to stand straight throughout the movement. Only your elbow joint should move during the exercise.
