Lunges: Sagittal to Balance

Secondary Muscles Trained:  Gluteus Maximus
1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your hands on our hips.
2. Tightening your abs and glutes, lunge one leg out to the front of your body keeping your lunged knee just out above your toes - both knees should be at a 90 degree angle.
3. Push off with the lunged leg lifting your knee directly into a 90 degree angle straight out from your hip.
4. Lower your leg and return to the starting position.
