Medicine Ball: Chest Press with Rotation

Instructions: 
1. Holding a medicine ball, stand (or sit) perpendicular to a wall with your back straight, your knees slightly bent and your feet shoulder-width apart.
2. With your elbows bent and the ball chest level extend, rotate your body towards the wall by pivoting your back leg (or throw to partner).
3. Using both arms and extending your elbows, push the ball forcefully towards the wall.
3. Catch the ball and continue to repeat with relative speed.
