Medicine Ball: Standing Chest Pass

Primary Muscles Trained:  Pectorals
Secondary Muscles Trained:  Triceps
1. Holding a medicine ball, stand in front of a wall with your knees slightly bent and your feet shoulder-width apart.
2. With your elbows bent and the ball chest level extend your elbows out and push the ball towards the wall.
3. Catch the ball and continue to repeat with relative speed.
