Single-Arm Overhead Reverse Lunge

Instructions: 
Stand straight with your feet hip-width apart holding a single dumbbell straight over your head with your right arm. Do a reverse lunge by stepping backward with your right foot, bending that knee until is hovers just a few inches off the floor and bending your left knee to 90 degrees. With the dumbbell still held straight over your right shoulder, power up to a standing position. Repeat the move for a total of 8 repetitions. Then, hold the dumbbell in your left hand over your head and repeat the back lunge 8 times with your left leg.
