Yoga Level 2: Half Lord of the Fish

Calories Burned:  238 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Instructions: 
Sit cross legged on the floor with your right ankle over your left.

Bring the right knee upright and move your right foot so that it is flat on the floor by your left hip. Your right shin will be perpendicular to the floor.

Inhale.

Exhale: Rotate your upper body to bring the outside of your left elbow to the outside of the right knee. Your forearm will be upright.

Your gaze will follow your torso, looking to the right.

Keep your chest open and your spine long - tail bone to the floor, top of the head reaching to the sky.

Hold this pose for 3 - 5 breaths.

Practice on the other side.
