Instructions: 
Lay on the floor flat on your stomach.
 
Have your arms in front of you stretched out over your head. Raise your legs and upper chest off of the floor, arching your back. Keep your neck and head in a neutral or natural curve.
 
Hold this position for one second.
 
Return your legs and head to the floor. Repeat.
