Calories Burned:  204 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Instructions: 
Lie face down with your chin on the floor.

Your legs are straight and together.

Tuck your palms, face up, under your thighs. Arms straight.

Inhale: Lengthen your legs and squeeze your buttocks to raise your legs away from the floor.

Hold 2 or 3 breaths.

Exhale to return the legs to the floor.
