Secondary Muscles Trained:  Rear Deltoids
Instructions: 
1. Stand with your stomach muscles engaged and your back straight facing a cable machine.
2. Extend your arms and grab a cable in each hand.
3. Keeping your arms straight, bring one hand down towards your thigh to the side of your body squeezing your shoulder blade.
4. Slowly lift your arm returning to the starting position and complete the same movement with the other arm.
