Instructions: 
Face the anchor holding both band handles in your left hand with that arm outstretched in front of you. Step back to add tension to the band. Now, row the handle in to the side of your chest while keeping your hips and shoulders are square. Do 8 repetitions, then grasp both handles with your right hand and repeat for 8 more reps.
