Secondary Muscles Trained:  Quadriceps
Instructions: 
Start: Stand with your feet just beyond shoulder width apart.

Movement: Push your hips back, bend your knees, and lower your body until your hips are just slightly higher than your knees. Shuffle to your left by moving one foot and then the other. That’s one step. Take three shuffle steps to your left, six steps to your right, and three steps back to your left. That’s one set.
