Initial analysis

Well, it is my second day using this program. I rather enjoy it. I still have a bit of work before I reach my goals, but I feel that I might get a bit of structure from this site.
Structure... ha. I could make a routine myself but I prefer the feeling I get when I use an official service of some type. It makes it feel more "real" to me. It also makes me feel like it is of some quality and may be more effective than anything I could devise myself.
So far, I have replaced all my weight training exercises with cardio exercises, and changed them from running to brisk walking, but doubled the duration. I have also changed my diet plans according to financial and meal preferences, but kept my target protein, carbs, fat, and caloric intake in consideration when doing so.
So far, I feel pretty good about my progress, even though I've altered the program designed for me by the site. Time will tell whether or not my efforts will be effective.
