Directions:  
Heat oven to 450ยบ, and brush casserole with oil.
In skillet, cook ground beef, stirring until no longer pink. Reduce heat and stir in spices. Slowly stir in cream cheese, until melted.
Transfer mixture to casserole. Sprinkle with cheddar. Bake for 10 minutes. Top with sour cream.
