Directions:  
In large mug, combine oil, onion,celery carrot and thyme. Microwave on high 2 minutes, until tender. Add chicken, salt, pepper, parsley, and enough water to cover. Microwave on high 2 minutes, until heated through
Meanwhile, Combine flour, baking powder, a dash of salt, in small bowl. Add butter, and cut in with a fork until resembling coarse crumbs. Add milk and stir until just combined. Drop with spoon into hot chicken mug. Microwave on high 1 minutes or until risen and firm.
