Directions:

Place non stick pan on medium to low heat and spray lightly with non stick

Place eggs, milk, cinnamon in a bowl and whisk until well combined.

Place slices of bread in the mixture for 5 seconds on both sides.

Place in non stick pan for approx 2 mins per side or until slightly brown.

Using a pastry brush wipe some maple syrup on either side of the bread and grill in pan for 30 secs each side. (This makes it go crispy)

Place french toast on plate, drizzle with a little maple syrup and pile blueberries on top.

Serve and enjoy.
