Directions:  
Dice onion, bacon, and carrots. Fry together until bacon is fully cooked and carrots are soft. Do not drain. add sliced sausage and brown. add sliced cabbage and cook down. salt and pepper to taste. add enough butter to keep from sticking to the pan.
