Directions:  
Preheat oven to 350
Prepare mini, 4” springform pan with cooking spray
Melt butter in bowl
Pulse/crush Sweet Thins till fine crumbs, add nutmeg then add all to butter and mix till combined
Press mixture into bottom of pan and bake 5-7 minutes, then cool while preparing filling:
Beat cream cheese, sour cream and peanut butter till combined
Beat in sugar
Beat in eggs one at a time
Add vanilla and additional dash nutmeg, if desired
Add filling to crust, smooth top and bake 40-50 minutes until done. Center of top may jiggle slightly; will cool to firm
Refrigerate 4 hours of overnight
Serve plain or with fruit, whipped cream and/or sauce of choice. I use Hershey’s Zero Sugar Chocolate Syrup & Reddi Wip Zero Sugar whipped cream. Counts here are for entire cheesecake; enter fraction served to track here.
