Ingredients:  Makes 2 servings (2 bowls)
2  tablespoons
1  tablespoon
1-1/2  teaspoons
1/4  teaspoon

0) You can add any spices you like at this time as well.
1) Preheat oven to 350
2) Combine all ingredients in blender and blend
2.5) Let mixture rest for 10 minutes. DO NOT SKIP this step!
3) Place silicone mat on large baking sheet
4) Pour egg mixture in center and spread out with flat spatula
5) Bake for 8-10 minutes
6) Allow to cool for 15 minutes
7) Peel edge of pasta sheet from baking mat and roll like a jelly roll. (see pictures in main article)
8) Cut roll with a sharp knife to desired thickness.
9) Serve with your favorite sauce!
