In large mug, combine oil, garlic, mushrooms, oregano, tomato, salt, and pepper. Microwave on high 2 minutes, until tender. Set aside.
In small casserole, layer tomato sauce, noodles, ricotta, and mozzarella. Repeat layering , finishing with sauce and a sprinkling of parmesan cheese. Microwave on high 1-2 minutes until heated through, and cheese is melted.
Top with basil.
