Combine spinach, lettuce and chicken in large bowl and set aside.

Cook turkey bacon in skillet until crisp. Drain off fat.

On very low heat, add mustard and vinegar to pan. Wisk together until smooth. Add water and wisk.

Add crumbled bacon and feta cheese. Increase heat until heated throughout, but do not boil.
