Directions:

Peel and boil potatoes until tender

Drain water from potatoes and mash with butter and milk

At the same time brown ground beef

Drain grease and add 3/4 can of corn and red onions

Add Shepard's Pie seasoning, following directions on package

Stir ground beef mixture until bubbling

Pour ground beef mixture into a greased 9x9 pan

Top with mashed potatoes

Bake in oven (400 c) for 30-40 minutes until mixture is bubbling and potatoes are golden brown on top
