Set sour cream out to warm up
Drain tomatoes, reserving juice.
In a deep pot, combine olive oil, salt, onion, tomatoes, tomato paste, and bell pepper; cook over medium heat about 10 minutes. Add garlic, and continue cooking until aromatic. Add chicken broth,reserved juice, and paprika; stir. Add raw chicken thighs (boneless skinless). Simmer for an hour, or until chicken is done.

Turn off pot. Remove chicken to a plate. Stir flour into sour cream; temper and add to pot. Add half & half to pot. Bring pot back up to a simmer. Add chicken back into pot.

Serve over boiled egg noodles.
