Preheat oven 300F

Combine Seeds, Almond Flour and Coconut Oil

Add boiling water and stir until coconut oil is melted

Let mixture sit for 20 minutes (until chia and flax seeds gel)

Put seed mixture on a sheet of parchment paper and flatten to desired thickness

Bake 30 minutes, remove from oven

Cut crackers into 1" squares

Bake another 30 minutes (until dry)

Cool and store crackers in air tight container
