Directions:  
In a small sauce pan bring water to boil, turn heat to low add shrimp, cover and let it cook for only 3 minutes. Meanwhile in a bowl placed all veggies, pour lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. When shrimp is ready take off the heat and let it cool down for a few minutes, then add to bowl with veggies, add cilantro and tabasco sauce if using, adjust flavors. Enjoy with wassa crackers or melba toast.
